Reward Points for all our Account Customers

All of our account customers, that is those who sign in, can receive Reward points automatically whenever you make a purchase that is completed.

Why create an account and sign in? Firstly you can get your rewards, but you are also able to check on current and past orders, plus you get special offers only available to account customers, your information is safe and not passed to any third parties, so you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain.

To log into your account you need your email address you signed up with and your password, this you have probably forgotten, so ask for another, and it gets sent automatically. If you cannot remember the email you used our are having a problem logging in let us know we will reset it for you.

Reward points are given at the rate of one point for every £1.00 spent, each point is worth 5p and can be redeem against a future purchase, by simply entering the amount in the checkout. The checkout even shows how much is available to you, assuming you are signed in.

You can check the number of points you have simply by logging into your account, and from time to time we send you an email statement as a reminder, but you have to have allow us to contact you! otherwise you will not receive them, nor any special customer offers that we send.
