How to Buy

You can use our site to make your purchase in several ways, directly using the shopping cart and a credit / debit card, by post, or by phone again using your card. For those new to the internet and do not feel sure about security you can use the site like a catalogue and simply order by post or phone - details below. You will need an email address to use the site - see below.

Online

Simply select your items which will be added to your secure shopping cart, when you have finished select the method of payment and follow the instructions, card payments are processed on a secure server. We do not hold your card details.

By Phone

You have 2 options, the easiest route is to use the shop as a catalogue, selecting items to put in the shopping cart, then go to the checkout entering delivery details (if different to Home address), then select the 'PAY BY CHEQUE' option - this saves your order on the system, add a note to the order with a telephone number and we will call you during business hours to collect payment over the phone. Alternatively you can call us with the order, but please be aware the phones are not always manned so you may get an answerphone, but we will call you back.

By Post

Simply use the shop as a catalogue, selecting items to put in the shopping cart, then go to the checkout entering delivery details, then select the 'PAY BY CHEQUE' option - this saves your order on the system. You can the send a cheque or print your order and add your card details or we can call you during business hours to collect payment over the phone, if you prefer. Please add a note to the order just to let us know if you are sending it or with a telephone number if you want us to call.

Email Address

The system requires an email address for you to log-in, plus you will then be informed about the progress of your order, or queries if need be, so a valid email is preferable, however you can use a false email if you do not have one to use - you can use your initialshousenumber@fieldsofblue.co.uk if it says that is already taken (must be unique) add another number!
