Returns & CancellationsReturns & Cancellations We want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers may return item(s) within 14 days at your expense, in the original (or suitable) wrapping and in original & re-saleable condition. We will refund the item in less any original (outward) postage costs, please be aware we subside the postage of many items so the refunded amount may be less than the original item cost, but will not exceed £5.00 for items originally delivered by Royal Mail. Orders delivered via a courier, ie DHL, Parcelforce, City Link etc, will incur a £9.00 charge. Specially ordered items (marked SPO - normally lights) Once the order has been placed at the factory and is in the process of manufacture (usually within 7 days) any cancellation of the order may incur a re-stocking fee of maximum 30% of the total order, this also applies to any return of SPO items, this will also cover any original delivery costs. When returning an item please ensure a copy of the order details are enclosed so we can trace the order and make a refund. Refunds are made within 14 days of return, but are normally processed at the end of each week. Any queries contact us on help@fieldsofblue.co.uk. For Health Reasons we cannot accept ANY returns of Earrings or Aromatherapy Oil Products - no refunds can be issued due to the nature of the products. (unless damaged) Damaged Items If any products are faulty or damaged then please contact us immediately by email at help@fieldsofblue.co.uk with details of the problem, we will then organise a replacement item or refund. We may require the item to be returned (we will refund the lowest postage cost) or see digital photos of the damage. But please contact us first so we can help.
