School & PTA Fundraising
Having children at school as we do we know that our PTA and the school are always looking for more money! If you have children of school (or nursery school) age, you will be aware that the schools often through the PTA are always looking to raise funds for new or additional equipment, to help with school trips or just some added extras - What is your School raising funds for? We have in the past helped support our local and other schools through tabletop sales, but now we have taken this a step further, enabling you and your friends to help your own school by using a special link registered to your school fundraising group. Any purchases you make will earn funds for your school. So parents, grandparents, relatives & friends can buy items as they would normally from any of our ranges, at the usual price that any member of the public would pay, except your chosen school gets a percentage of the sale. Why are we doing this? In short to get more customers, clearly there are a lot of parents out there most of which buy items for the home, or treat themselves from time to time, or buy gifts for birthdays, Christmas and other special occasions. We could well have an ideal gift and at the same time you raise money for your chosen school. We have to spend money on advertising, hopefully we can reduce our advertising cost and this saving can be passed on to the schools. We all win... How does this scheme work? First your school or PTA needs to be registered with us, so we can set-up a special link that will identify your group, then any sales made via this link will have a percentage of the sale allocated to your groups account. Anyone can use the link, a parent, grandparents, relatives, friends or neighbours, in fact anyone who wants to help your school raise funds. The more people you tell about the scheme the more funds your scheme will raise The first person to register the school or PTA will be our contact, this can be changed later, and we will notify them of total sales made in a given period, usually monthly. Payments to the group will be made on a monthly basis providing the fund has reached £50, if the amount raised hasn't reached £50 the amount will be carried forward till the next monthly period, until the minimum payment has been reached. Payments will only be made to a PTA or School, not to any individual. Just imagine how your school could benefit - if just 50 or so parents or friends buy an average of only £30 per transaction a few times over the year, your school would get over £500!
