UK Shipping

UK Mainland Delivery costs These are dependant on the value of your purchase(s) maximum £4.95, with smaller items as low as £0.99. Free Shipping for orders totaling over £100*.

UK Delivery is usually within 4 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) of the order, however please allow 14 days, we use Royal Mail and other couriers depending on the size and weight of the item(s). If you require items for a particular occasion you can advise us at the time of the order if it is urgent and we will endeavour to speed the process.

Products shown as SPO are special orders, please expect these to take 21 - 28 working days, we will however try to complete the order sooner if possible.

* Some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, or larger / heavier items and may not qualify for free shipping, which is beyond our control - but we still subsidise about 50% of the delivery charges, any delivery surcharge will be shown and will also be seen in the checkout before you buy.

UK Priority Shipping - If there is an option for UK special delivery, any goods ordered by 1.00pm will be delivered by 1.00pm the next business day. If we fail to achieve this, you can reclaim the additional cost of that service from us.

Highlands & Islands - this includes the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, and remote parts of Scotland. Smaller items we can often keep the cost similar to those of the mainland.

Delivery of larger or heavier items to non mainland UK addresses & the Scottish Highlands are subject to different charges as carriers charge us significantly more, we try to keep the increase as low as possible.

Free shipping for these areas is available for orders over £180.00

Areas affected include Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Channel Islands.

European Shipping

We are happy to ship to most European countries. Items under 2 kgs and small enough will be shipped by Airmail, Larger items shipping will be calculated according to weight / volume, occassionaly this may require an extra charge, which we will advise before shipping. Items should arrive in about 7 - 10 days subject to customs delays which are beyond our control.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
